A brand-new adventure, 30 years in the making!
Saskatchewan has just opened dedicated wolf hunting to non-resident hunters. Until now, wolves could only be taken as an add-on to a big-game hunt. Great Grey Outfitters & Western Trophy Outfitters is proud to be among the very first outfitters to offer this exciting new adventure, and we can’t wait to welcome hunters from around the world.
Our hunting area sits where the prairie farmland meets the northern forest, which is prime wolf country with a large, healthy population that has never faced hunting pressure. It’s some of the best wolf country anywhere in the province, and it produces incredible opportunities throughout the winter.
For over 30 years, we’ve created unforgettable outdoor experiences in Saskatchewan, Canada. Now we’re proud to introduce an entirely new one; because this is more than a hunt… it’s your Canadian Wilderness Adventure.
How the hunt works
Wolves are among the smartest, wariest animals in the North, which is exactly what makes this hunt so rewarding. You’ll hunt from a comfortable heated ground blind set on active wolf country where the prairie farmland meets the northern forest, watching open fields and travel routes through the Saskatchewan winter. Our guides know how these packs move, and with a large, unpressured population, patience is regularly rewarded with a shot at a true apex predator — taken with a rifle from a warm, well-positioned blind.
Make it the ultimate Canadian winter adventure
Bring your family and friends and turn your wolf hunt into an unforgettable northern getaway. Add ice fishing, snowmobile adventures, wildlife viewing, trapping, northern wilderness exploration, and relaxing evenings at the lodge to build the complete winter experience.
